Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

At this time, Trillion ships throughout the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Trillion is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
Trillion is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs processing.
- Other events beyond our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the shipping box.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the shipping label.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item from our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Signature Requirements
Certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery to help protect against loss or theft.
