RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Trillion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing authentic designer and niche fragrances while ensuring a fair and transparent return process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Be in resalable condition.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective

If your order arrives damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we will have the item sent back and then we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized or customized products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
